Nehemiah 8:10
Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat,
and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them
for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto
our LORD: neither be ye sorry, for the joy of the LORD
is your strength. KJV

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely... Thank you for visiting and comment. :)
DeleteOh the tales of strength and joy those trees could tell! So grateful our God gives us joy and strength in Him. Blessings!
ReplyDeleteI like your comment. So true, Joanne, because some of the joy would be his little one's laughter. The photo was taken at one of my grandson's play parks when I use to babysit him. I'd never thought of it that way until I read your comment. So much giggling and children playing noises the day I took that photo. There was Joy and their play was gaining them strength along with the beautiful sunshine all from God. :)
DeleteLove this verse and the picture. It actually makes winter look appealing : )
ReplyDeleteThe joy of the Lord is my strength. Those are the words to a chorus I often sing (in my head)!
