It's Valentine's Week ~

Have a great week, and a Happy Valentine's weekend. If you don't get anything for Valentine's day, do what I do and buy candy the next day when they start marking it all down. hahaha

There's a link up below if you'd like to share some photography and/or I'd love to hear the story about how you met your special someone. I met mine the Summer before I started 10th grade. He was a senior and he was in the band and I was a majorette. We met that August when we had what they called 'Dog days of Summer' because it was so hot and we still had to show up each day for practice for shows that we would be doing that Fall at the football games. We were together for 58 years. He will always be my perfect Valentine. lol

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 2 11 2020

Nothing pretty here right now except DREARY. Over the week-end, I lived in an ice house. Everything was completely covered in ice, and the house had a thin layer all over. The door knob on the screen door was covered and couldn't push it so had to be careful not to get locked out. But, of course, if I had, I could just bang on it to get it to push again. Mail box was totally frozen shut so had to bang gently on it to get ice off and then I did put Vaseline on it so it would open for the mail lady the next day because the ice storm was continuing. Then we got snow covered. Happy Winter. :)

Since I use Inlinkz for my blog link ups, I received an email from Inlinkz, and as of February 1st, they have gone to a new link up platform, and will no longer be supporting the one I've been using. So, this week, I am using the new Inlinkz and you may have to log in with your email. You should only have to do that once for each blog that you visit using Inlinkz is what they have told me. And along with this Valentine's week, we are having Snow. Some snowflake photos. I saw this done by putting snowflakes in the snow, but mine didn't turn out as brilliantly as the one sharing the prompt. I stuck them in the snow, but of course the battery was dying on my camera so they turned out not bright at all. But, sharing anyway.

On my way to the gym last week, I passed a cemetery in a very small town, and thought this entrance looked interesting so I drove in to take a picture.

After pulling in, I saw this front to their burial place. Probably a local family's plot.

Even though we are mid February, I had to take a picture of how Sunny and warm today is showing 69 degrees out. We are usually knee deep in show this time of year, but I'll take it. Looks like to be a warm week. Maybe the whole winter will be mild.....can only hope. haha

February 14th...a fun day for candy, flowers, cards to those we want to show Love. Whether to a sweetheart, a child, a sibling, we all love a hug once in a while.
