Pictorial Tuesday 9 24 19 Link Up with some crafting

Happy Tuesday and time for some Photography Sharing.

I've been getting back to walking because at Thanksgiving Day, there is a 5K that my daughter and her husband and family are running/walking in. I'll be doing the walking. Not up to running yet. So, while walking, it's always nice to see some wild flowers along the path. Had to stop and get some photos to share.

For Crafts:

My door that goes outside from the garage has had blinds on it forever, and I wanted to do something different to cover the windows in it. I heard about frosted glass paint that you can get at (c)Walmart so I decided to try it and do a design. I'm happy with the way it turned out, and it blocks the view enough.

In the photo, it looks like the lines aren't correct on the left side, but it's because the screen door white is blocking some of the design. I also have another large window in the side of the garage that I'm thinking I'll probably do the same. The paint worked great and only cost $3.96.

So much fun with the (c)Cricut. Latest sign made with putting the vinyl on the back side of the glass. May keep for the kitchen or give away or sell...not sure yet. I have so many frames that I've bought at the Thrift store at great prices so the possibilities are endless for making and selling on eBay or Etsy.

Found these two cute little pumpkins at the local hardware store. They look like covered with material, but they're just hard plastic with glitter, but so, so cute. I'm not much one for Halloween, but do like the Fall Harvest type decorations.

Now on to what you've been shooting. Pictorial Tuesday, if you're new here, is for photography, digital scrap booking type graphics, and photos turned into artwork using your photo software programs. Always family friendly please. Link up, and try to visit at least one other and say hi and maybe make some new photo blogging friends.

Cannot believe it is Fall already. Have a great week ahead. Link up link is below:

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 9 17 19 with some crafting

A plus of having corn fields all around. Pulled these off, sprayed with some clear acrylic hoping they don't yellow or weather too much. Added a raffia ribbon for a cute decoration.

Found a new door wreath for this season, and added a raffia bow. Photo could be better.

Used the reverse canvas process with the (c)Cricut and made a couple of bathroom signs.

Oh, and I did get my porch painted. Have put it off all Summer because of the heat, but had to get it done. Seems every year after it seasoned and I stained it since the hubby added to our house, I've had to paint it. Stained it several times, but now I just paint it. Where the water and snow lays seems to remove the paint. Looks great for now though.

Not really much this week for photos for Pictorial, but looking forward to your photography and craft sharings. Link up is below. Have a great Tuesday.

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 9 3 19 with some crafting thrown in

Found this on the computer from some years ago that I had saved. Some of it so true:

~ A MOTHERS LOVE ~
Dear First Born:
I've always loved you best because you were my miracle. You were the genesis of a marriage and the fulfilment of young love. You sustained me through the hamburger years, the first apartment (furnished in Early Poverty), and my first mode of transportation (feet).

You were new, had unused grandparents, and enough clothes for a set of triplets. You were the original model for a mom who was trying to work the bugs out. You got the strained lamb, the open safety pins and three-hour naps.
You were the beginning.
Dear Middle Child:
I've always loved you best because you drew a tough spot in the family, and it made you stronger for it. You cried less, had more patience, wore faded hand-me-downs, and never in your life did you get anything first. But it only made you special.
You were the one I relaxed with, and realized a dog could kiss you and you wouldn't get sick. You could cross the street by yourself long before you were old enough to get married . . . and you helped me understand the world wouldn't collapse if you went to bed with dirty feet.

You were the child of my busy, ambitious years, and without you, I would not have survived the job changes and the tedium and routine that is marriage.
To The Baby:
I've always loved you best because while endings are generally sad, you are such a joy.

You readily accepted the milk-stained bibs, the lower bunk, the cracked baseball bat, the baby book that had nothing written in it except a recipe for graham-cracker pie crust that someone had jammed between the pages. You are the one I held onto so tightly. You are the link with my past, a reason for tomorrow.

You darken my hair, quicken my steps, square my shoulders, restore my vision, and give me a sense of humour that security, maturity, and durability can't provide. When your hairline takes on the shape of Lake Erie and your own children tower over you, you will still be my baby.

A few weeks before my hubby passed away, he bought me a (c)Cricut and the (c)Easy Press for my birthday. He gave it to me early, and then he passed away four days before my birthday. Below is some of the things that I'd already made with it.
Some bags that I added the words bits n bobs to give to friends
A Welcome sign for the porch, and a sign on canvas for the bathroom
And loving YouTube, since the heat press pads are expensive, I found how to make my own tutorial.

                                                                 pads for the heat press
Razzy and I walk in the local cemetery so I decided to take some photos of the old head stones. Some are interesting the way they worded them back in the day, and many have the words almost all eroded off.

Below is a house now, but years ago it was the local Church. The people have restored it into their home so pretty.

This is Razzy when we start our walk.

This is Razzy towards the end. I ended up carrying him. Day was just too hot for our walk.
