When wisdom entereth into thine heart, and knowledge is pleasant unto thy soul; discretion shall preserve thee and understanding shall keep thee; to deliver thee from the way of the evil man; from the man that speaketh froward (means preverse) things; who leave thy paths of uprightness to walk in the ways of darkness; who rejoices to do evil and delights in the frowardness of the wicked.
Proverbs 2:10-14
Observation Once we let God into our heart, we will have the wisdom to use the knowledge that we have to attain the goodness that following God's commands allow us. We will love our understanding of the goodness it brings.
Prayer Blessed Father, how awesome is the things of your ways that you give daily. May not be what I think it should be, but you remind me of the blessings I do have in my life. Thank you for the continued knowledge of this. Amen

In the 40th year, Moses spoke to the children of Israel all that the Lord had in commandment of them. Deuteronomy is the 5th book of Old Testament, and reminder of the law. They are to possess the land sworn to their fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Leaders are chosen from each tribe. Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man for the judgment is God's; and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. Deuteronomy 1:17
The Lord your God which goeth before you, he shall fight for you according to all that he did for you in Egypt before your eyes. Deuteronomy 1:30
Happy last day of August for this year. Hope all are well.
Have a nice holiday weekend if you are in the USA. It's Labor Day holiday. No special plans here except to maybe take the furbaby for a walk. Razzy loves going out for walks.

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools dispise wisdom and instruction.
1:33
But who so hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely and shall be quiet from fear of evil.
Where I've been. After a heart attack and three hospital stays, I just wasn't up to much. But am doing better and feel like I need to get back to Bible journaling. I do miss those who always stopped by when I was sharing the Sunday Scripture Blessings link up so hope all who use to stop by, and ones that are now visiting are doing great and enjoying their Summer or whatever season wherever you are.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We have been having a really hot Summer, but I'm blessed to be enjoying it. I turned 79 this year so you never know what lies ahead, but trusting in God for whatever that may be. I've been enjoying the flowers that I planted in pots this year. I did some seeds, but they aren't doing the best. I did see a new bloom this week. According to Google search, this is called Blanket Flower, also known as Gailardia. Says it is native to dry areas and known for their vibrant red and yellow blooms.
Picture Below:
The flower at the top is an Aftrican violet. It was doing terrible, and I read that if the leaves aren't growing or the blooms, it may be because it is in too large of a container. Mine was because I had transplanted it to a larger one. I put it back into a smaller one, and eventually, more leaves grew and then it bloomed. I was so excited the morning I walked into my craft room and saw the blooms. I think I actually squealed. lol
God's earth and all it's nature as well as my Violet and Summer flowers are pleasing to the eye. He gives us amazing things to make us smile.
Thanks for visiting, and have a great Sunday and week ahead.
Peabea (Patricia B)
In the past God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his beings, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he inherited is superior to theirs.
Hebrews 1:1-9
Happy Easter Sunday. May all be blessed with the risen Son.
