And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him. And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Next Sunday is Christmas Eve. Hard to believe since, seriously, December just started. Hope everyone is having a Blessed holiday season so far. Not sure when our family get together will be due to work schedules of all the kids. I think the plan so far is to just have a gathering sometime during Christmas week and have Pizza. Yay, Pizza means no work for this mama and grandma. The main thing will be time spent. So far, I've been blessed to spend some time with the grandbabykins (okay, grandson since he is a bit older now), but always a babykins to me. Been picking him up from school and hanging out until the parents get home. I don't seem him as much as I use to so this is a blessing for this grandma. Grandbabies are awesome. :)
