Peabea Scribbles 12 9 2025

Can't believe I've never made these before. So fun.

The last couple of years, I've had a white flocked tree, but this year decided I wanted a green one again. However, I'm not sure I'm liking it as much as I thought I would, and maybe like the white one better.

I put this one in the living room, and the white one in the TV room. You have to put lights on it so I let my 13 y.o. grand-daughter who just moved back from California with her family do the white one. They had so much fun, and then my son decorated the porch for me.

I think I need to make a couple snow flakes for this room too. hahaha since they're so easy and fun to make if I can find some more lunch bags.

My oldest son got this snow globe for me one year. He loved Snoopy. Guess kids still do. I have to get it out every year. It is a musical and Snoopy and Woodstock skate around as the music plays.

This is new this year that my younger sister painted for me. I displayed it by the tree.

Hope all are enjoying the month of Christmas celebrations for Jesus' Birthday, and lots of shopping fun with family and friends.

There is a link up below if you'd like to share some photos.

Have a Holly Jolly Christmastime with Free Digi Ornaments

It's getting close. Just a few more days until we celebrate Christmas so I've been making some seasonal graphics. Hope all have a nice holiday season.

Included with my graphic are a couple of my ornaments. You can download them all HERE if you like for use in your digital scrap booking or to print out. If you use them, I would love to have you post back a link to the post so I can see how you use them. Not necessary though as a requirement. A credit is always appreciated. The ornaments are for personal use, and if you would like to use them commercially, please request. I request that you don't sell them as your own.

(note, when you go to the download link it will say this type not supported which means it doesn't support showing you the graphic when it is in a zip file. Just click the download button on the upper right).

The truck with the Christmas tree, I shared in an earlier post as tags for printing out or for download. You can read about and find them HERE

Have a great Saturday,

Advent ~ Hope Day 3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively HOPE by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. To an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that fadeth not away reserved in heaven for you who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1 Peter 1:3-5

As the trees go up this month and the nativity is placed, among the delight of the Christmas season is the Hope that came as a newborn. It is the month of Jesus' birthday, and as I say Happy Birthday Jesus, I am more pleased that he lives on in the Holy Spirit that abides each day with me. He chose me as he chose every human, even in the times that we are not aware, he loves one and all.

In the past few weeks, with the scars of an election that left many feeling not quite what to think of how the future might be, I can only turn to my trust in the plan of a God who loves all of us. I am saddened by the hurt that is prevalent these days. In my heart, I feel led to believe that things will turn out as they should. As the scripture says, I am rejoicing in the HOPE, and as hard as it may seem, being Patient in whatever tribulation may result, and constant in my prayer for all people in this entire world because of God's love for each and everyone.

My tree is up, but as I was thinking just today, Christmas is about Jesus' birth, but to a mom, the wonder of my Christmases over the years was when little ones were excited about the Christmas morning. Now they are all grown, my excitement level just is not the same for the Christmas season. Jesus is with us always, but how I miss those little ones and the wonder of them.
