PEACE
HOPE
LOVE
STRENGTH
BLESSINGS
Just a few of the many promises that God gives. How empty lives would be if there is no peace or calmness within us, no hope of things to come, but just the mundane. And of course love....we all love, love; to feel love - to be loved - and a good feeling when we share love. Without strength, how would we carry on day after day. But the God who created us, knew we need these as well as so many other promises. He is an awesome God.
Happy June and my prayer is that June blesses you. Thanks for stopping by, and linking up or just saying hello in the comment section. Have a great Sunday and week ahead.

ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the prayers. They truly are appreciated. ~Sunday hugs~
DeleteWhat a precious promise from God. Trusting that it is becoming a reality in your "new normal" as he pours his perfect peace into all your empty spaces.
ReplyDeleteYour words remind me of what my neighbor said who suddenly lost her husband about 6 or so years ago. She told me that it just becomes different. It truly is after being with someone basically since I met him in school at 15. Sometimes, it's when the normal things we would be doing this Summer (as he was looking so forward to getting outside after how rainy and cold the weather had been) or a TV show we watch and had popcorn. Your words are a blessing as are the other comments. Thank you.
DeleteI was just about to comment similar words to Julie and Michele. There are many detriments in the online world, but this shows one of the rare benefits. During this time of loss, you have so many friends praying for you that you may never have seen face to face.
ReplyDeleteYour kind words made me tear up to think prayers are being lifted up even when I'm unaware. Thank you so much, and your words are like a balm to me today. :)
DeleteBeautiful words and image. Echoing the comments above - praying that God's peace and strength continue to comfort you.
