Very pretty flowers. I love this time of year.
ReplyDeleteHi aspiritofsimplicity...love seeing your visit and comment. Thank you about the flowers. They were some of the bachelor buttons and others from last Summer. My grandson who was 7 at the time started from seeds when we did them in the Spring before planting outdoors. His made it, but mine didn't so he told me he was knew how to do it better by putting the seed in the dirt. haha Anyway, they return each year. Again, thanks for visiting. Come again. :)
DeleteLovely photos!
ReplyDeleteHi Elizabeth...great to see your visit. I didn't really have much to show the color Indigo for the theme, but thought this was the closest. Appreciate your visiting and commenting. :)
DeleteA beautiful collection of flowers ... orange and blue just make a perfect bouquet!
ReplyDeleteThose blue flowers are called "ruiskaunokki" in Finnish - they're my favorite summer flowers :)
Oh I love knowing that is the name in Finnish. I'm trying to pronounce it...is it ru-is-kau-nokki? Those flowers are so fun and I've dried several for my Bible or just to have. They did pretty good with just hanging them upside down in a dark place instead of using the silica sand. I've never tried that process. They're one of my favorites too as well as the dahlia.
DeleteWhat cheery flowers! The colors are so bright and lovely in a pretty bouquet.
ReplyDeleteThank you betty. Love flowers that can be gathered as a bouquet for the table. Thanks for visiting and commenting. :)
DeleteLovely bouquet and sky!
ReplyDeleteThank you. It was hard to find a photography that I'd taken with the color indigo for the week's theme. Not even sure this is close. :) Glad you visited and commented.
