The frame can either be used to write a Valentine message or it's a clipping mask so just add a photo and place it above the frame. I noted on the file where to place it so it is behind the frame.

Sunday Scripture Blessings January 29

Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long. Remember, O Lord, your great mercy and love, for they are from of old.  Psalm 25:4-6 NIV

Since my word for 2017 is LOVE, I chose the graphic above that I created for this Sunday's Scripture.

You're Next for sharing your Scripture Blessings or just leave a comment if you don't have a blog link. Thanks....

Pictorial Tuesday 1 24

He really had fun on the musical stairs..:)

Exploring San Francisco. A few years ago, my daughter, myself and her son took our first ever airplane trip, and it was out to California. The scenery was beautiful as we headed into San Francisco.

Sunday Scripture Blessings January 22

I'm re sharing part of a post that I did back in 2011 that I titled 'Where To Put It' in case some might enjoy this tip. I know the many visitors to our Powder Room/Dad's Office Open 24-7 (I jest here...haha) enjoyed it until just about a year ago when I repainted and papered the bathroom. Instead of the option of reading a newspaper or magazine, they were subjected to many family photos. :)

Don't know what to do with that Digital Photo Frame that was so popular a few years ago (and probably still is)? Hubby got me one for Christmas when they were pretty much new on the market so off to work it went with me to sit on my desk and proudly display a slide show of all my favorite photographs.

After retirement began, the digital frame came home and embraced the bathroom wall.

So that is where the Digital Photo Frame ended up. I just kept a flash drive of quite a bit of photos and the slide show continues on...so when you're at my house and you have to go, Enjoy The Scenery ~smiles~

Pictorial Tuesday 1-17

Just some fun with the bird watching for Pictorial Tuesday. Hubby feeds the birds during the winter months. When the oldest was young and home, he loved feeding the birds. Has been a long time since then, but now hubby has decided he likes to feed and watch so he made us a bird feeder. So far we're trying to spot what birds attend the feeder. To date, we have the NC Chickadee, A Nuthatch, Lots of Sparrows and I don't know the different category of them, BlueJays, Cardinals, Mourning Doves, and a Junco (I think as it does look similar to the Chickadee). We may also have had a Titmouse. We don't see the Robin again until Spring. Just lately, the one in the last two photos showed up and I still haven't researched to see what bird that is. If anyone knows, would love to have you leave a comment about that one or any of the birds. Thanks

You're Next for Pictorial Tuesday. Thanks for linking and sharing your lovely photography, graphics or even a comment just to say hello so we can visit each other. Try to visit at least one linkup and leave them an hello comment so they know you stopped by if you have time.

Sunday Scripture Blessings January 15

My reading in Daniel is almost at an end. I confess that I had never really read Daniel before. What a delight to read his dreams, see the interpretation, and the prophesy of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If Daniel only knew the outcome, his trembling at his dreams would have turned to elation.

I have definitely enjoyed my time with Daniel also know as Belteshazzar, and his brothers Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. There is no better book to read than the Bible once you really get into it with it's history, stories of heartache, stories of revenge, stories of success, and most of all stories of God's saving Grace even in the times of their refusal to obey.

Verses above are from the NIV

Would love to have you share what you're reading or just link up a scripture or leave a hello comment scripture or just say hello. All are visited and replied. Thanks for sharing and have a Blessed Sunday and week ahead.

Daniel 7 ~ Reading Through The Bible

Reading through the Bible in the Book of Daniel
Daniel's Dream ~

Daniel said: In my vision at night I looked, and there before me were the four winds of heaven churning up the great sea. Four great beasts, each different from the others came up out of the sea.
The first was like a lion. The second beast looked like a bear. Before me was another beast, one that looked like a leopard.

The explanation:

Daniel 7:23-26

He gave me this explanation: The fourth beast is a fourth kingdom that will appear on earth. It will be different from all the other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth, trampling it down and crushing it. The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time. But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever. Then the sovereignty, power and greatness of all the kingdoms under the heaven will be handed over to the holy people of the Most High. His kingdom will be an everlasting kingdom, and all rulers will worship and obey him.

In my vision at night I looked and there before me was one like a son of man, coming with the clouds of heaven. He approached the Ancient of Days and was led into his presence. He was given authority, glory and sovereign power; all nations and peoples of every language worshiped him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and his kingdom is one that will never be destroyed. Daniel 7:13-14 NIV

This month I'm reading through the Bible in the book of Daniel from January 2nd to January 13th. I'm also following along with the Bible Study at Deeper Waters

Sunday Scripture Blessings ~ January 8

Mat 6:25  "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
Mat 6:26  Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
Mat 6:27  And which of you by being anxious can add a single hour to his span of life?

Thank you for visiting Sunday Scripture Blessings. It will be a blessing to have you leave a scribbling blessing link up of your blog; either a photo or a graphic or simple scribble a hello. Have a blessed Sunday.

LOVE ~ Word

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant
or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;
it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth.
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease;
as for knowledge it will pass away.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8 ESV

Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up.
Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
Charity never faileth; but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
1 Corinthians 13:4-8 KJV

From Commentary: Doing good to others will do none to us, if it be not done from love to God, and good-will to men. If we give away all we have, while we withhold the heart from God, it will not profit. Nor even the most painful sufferings. How are those deluded who look for acceptance and reward for their good works, which are as scanty and defective as they are corrupt and selfish!

We all know love in one form or another. Love of family, love of an animal; first love and even passionate love. Such a warm and wonderful feeling when love is present. When Jesus left us with that word in the New Testament as what he added in 'Love One Another'; how profound and knowledgeable to use that one added commandment. How else could you say it. Love covers all. With Love in a heart; truly loving something, there is no way there could be evil present.

St. Matthew 22: 37-40 KJV
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and prophets.

Over the past couple of years, I have chosen a Word for the Year. This year, my word is Love. Just a personal trait, but sometimes being an introvert, I feel that I don't put myself out there and show love. I do love, it's just that I sometimes forget to follow up with people and extend a gentle feeling. Over life, it seems that I developed the thought that people understood how I felt. Not so. Love needs to be expressed and shown. My 2017 word is to develop that more freely in my actions and words when interacting with others.

The words I chose over the past couple of years were Joy and last year, it was Renew.
Word for year 2015 ~ JOY

Word for year 2016 ~ Renew

If you have chosen a word for 2017, I'd love to have you leave a comment and share your word.

Pictorial Tuesday ~ Razzy

Time for Pictorial Tuesday, and this week, I'm featuring my Furbaby ~ Razzy. Without him, it would be much more dreary around here. He is full of energy and makes us laugh with his unusual characteristics. Over the years, with having three dogs, we find that each were unique in their own way. After the last Furbaby passed, and each child had grown and moved on, we told ourselves....no more animals. Well, 7 years later, Razzy happened on the scene and is now with us for 5 years. Without the chatter and livelihood of children, he's like having another one, but we love it.

Happy Tuesday everyone, and the 3rd day of the New Year 2017. :)

You're Next for sharing your lovely photography, graphic, or feel free to just leave a comment if you're not a blogger. All types of photography/artwork are welcome to share. Try to visit others and see what's happening in their photography or graphic world.
