Pictorial Tuesday 4 25

When I went to get my Coffee Sunday morning and looked across the road into the field, there was a pleasant view to watch.









My husband thinks they were probably out because all the farmers are beginning to work in the fields with their machinery or maybe they were just hunting food. We see their prints sometimes in the winter snow, but it has been years since I've seen the deer out this close. They were there for a bit, and then headed back across down the road and off somewhere in the thickets behind us. Such beautiful animals. Seeing these didn't exactly make me giggle, but I certainly had a big smile watching them enjoy their morning.

    Ahhhh, how adorable! We have lots of deer in our neighborhood...along with wild turkeys, foxes, owls, hawks, coons etc.! :-) Yes, they are probably eating the remains of the corn before the farmers plow everything up and replant. I love watching them as long as they're not eating my day lilies!

    We don't get deer here, so that when we see them when we're in Canada, my kids all go excited. :)

    We have a ton behing my house as their is a creek that runs behind my house and they drink the water.
