Milkweed at it's prettiest state. Edited to look like it is growing in a fantasy garden. :)
Happy Tuesday and time for another Pictorial Tuesday where you can link up and share your photography, graphics, and/or photo manipulated into photo art. Enjoy and try to visit some of the others who share and say hello.

ReplyDeleteThank you Sharon
DeleteSuch beautiful flowers!
ReplyDeleteThey are and then was fun to see later when they looked like cotton with seeds.
DeleteYou may not believe this, but I've never known what mildewed looks like! I've always considered planting it in my gardens for monarch butterflies. Thanks for the pic! I hope you attract lots of fairies with your adorable edit. :-)
ReplyDeleteI hadn't either. When it was growing had to look up to see what it was because it was just big and green and then it flowered and was pretty.
DeleteMilkweed has such pretty pink flowers and i love that it is an attractant for butterflies!
ReplyDeleteThank you Pat. The flower does end up pretty. :)
DeleteDo you have monarchs? My brother has so many monarch caterpillars that they completely devoured all his milkweed!
ReplyDeleteI have seen more monarchs the last few years. Sadly, this photo was taken of a field next door that was abandoned and overrun with weeds, and it was full of milkweed. First I'd ever seen it, and I should have taken some seeds to plant. Since though new owners have taken over the place and leveled all the weeds and fixed it up so the milkweed is gone, but the monarchs seem to have stayed or at least some because I've seen more than have in past years.
DeleteHow magical!
ReplyDeleteThank you. The editing is an action from thecoffeeshopblog.com. Loved seeing your visit. :)
