Pictorial Tuesday ~ Bachelor Buttons

Thank you to all who have visited and participated in Pictorial Tuesday each week. I will be keeping my blog, and participating in others who are hosting photography link ups, but will no longer host this link up.

I've loved seeing all the photography that you've shared along the way with Pictorial Tuesday. Hopefully, I will still enjoy your photography as I visit photography link ups where you share.  I sincerely hope you will continue to visit Peabea Scribbles Photography.

My photos above are from Bachelor Buttons that were started as seeds by my grandson and me a few years ago. His grew to be strong plants, but mine barely made it. I had seen a post where you cut and fold the bottom of the cardboard from a toilet paper roll, put in the dirt and seeds and start in the window for Spring planting.

The first picture, I applied the filter Poster Edges found in Adobe Elements and a texture. The second, I applied a background to a photo with a texture.

They ended up one of my favorite plants because the flowers are great to cut and bring inside as well as how they dry and/or press.

Thanks for visiting Peabea Scribbles. Have a great rest of the week.

  1. Very pretty! They do look like they would work well dried and pressed. Thanks for hosting previously. I totally understand not continuing. I also stopped hosting my weekend blog hop. Thanks also for adding a link to my blog link up! Take care.

  5. These are lovely! I really like the processing you did on the photo. Nature doesn't make many blue flowers. I've always loved seeing that color flower. Hope your weekend goes well.
