Pictorial Tuesday Link Up ~ Cardinal

This little fellow made a visit last Spring with his pretty song. Have only seen the Cardinal a few times this year. They are my favorite along with the wrens.

Definition: a New World songbird of the bunting family, with a stout bill and typically with a conspicuous crest. The male is partly or mostly red in color.

You're next for linking your pictorial or graphic favorite. Thank you.

  3. Gorgeous! On Sunday a bald eagle was soaring around right near our church and my oldest grandchildren saw him swoop down and get a squirrel! Wish I could have captured a photo of him with my camera!

  4. Cardinals are beautiful but I rarely saw them when I lived there. Birds in New Zealand have much different colouring.

(Thanks for your kind words over at my blog. It is such a challenge these days striking a balance with the proliferation of all things tech around us.)
