Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 12 3 19

Over the Thanksgiving I participated in my first ever 5k. I walk, but not every day soooo you can watch the video and see me coming in pretty much last. lol It was fun though. We walked starting around 8:30 Thanksgiving morning. Then I had dinner with my kids, and then we went fun shopping Thanksgiving evening until around 1:30 am on Friday. My smartwatch said I had walked 17k plus steps. I was very tired the next day, but it was so fun. Video is below. I'm the one on the right as we cross the line.

Pictorial Link up is below for sharing your photography, digital scrapbooking graphics and/or photography art. Thanks for sharing, and I appreciate everyone who stops by to visit and share. Have a great rest of the week.

  1. 17K steps in a day is not bad. The video doesn't play.

  2. Wishing you a happy belated Thanksgiving. We do not have this day in Australia, but it seems like a lovely idea, as we have much to be grateful for. Well done you on the walk!

    1. Thank you Nature. I do love seeing it with snow. Sadly, it seems to be dying out though since we've had some drought weather over the years. Have a great rest of the week.

    1. Thanks for visiting and giving a link up and comment so I could come visit. It did turn out to be a nice one. I wasn't sure how the holiday would be. Some on my blog know that I lost my hubby in May, and over this holiday would have been our 56 year Anniversary. People are awesome and the kids who stepped up to get me to walk and keep me busy.

    1. Me too, I could only walk the entire route. I try to walk a lot during the year, but this year, circumstances caused me to not do it as much so I was pleased that I did finish. No way though that I run, I'm good to just walk. My daughter and her hubby ran it. Nice to see your visit.
