Sunday Scripture Blessings Link Up 5 31 2020

Such a heavy heart this week for some of America's peoples this week. People pushed beyond, beyond is the only thing I keep thinking. It is more evident that we need healing. Praying hard for our Nation.

Reading in Luke, Chapter 6 has a lot of good words from Jesus. He chooses his disciples, talks on Love, Judging others, Mercies, how well we build our Foundation, and The Beatitudes.

And certain of the Pharisees said unto them, Why do ye that which is not lawful to do on the sabbath days.? (Jesus' diciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat)

And Jesus answering them said, Have ye not read so much as this, what David did, when himself was an hungred, and they which were with him; How he went into the house of God, and did take and eat the shewbread and gave also to them that were with him; which is not lawful to eat but for the priests alone?

And he said unto them, That the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

To heal on the sabbath or to kill, which is better? He healed and the Scribes and Pharisees were mad because unlawful to heal on a sabbath. JESUS HEALS NO MATTER WHAT!

'Be Merciful to People'  Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Luke 6 Jesus also told the disciples the Beatitudes

If I may, I have a prayer request for my daughter who is facing some trying times emotionally. God knows her needs so please just pray for his guidance to her and blessings for a good answer to her prayers. Thank you.

f you were to destroy in mankind the belief in immortality, not only love but every living force maintaining the life of the world would at once be dried up. - DOSTOEVSKY

    1. Thank you so much elizabeth. I feel God directed me there this week. I hadn't really been reading Luke, but had it noted somewhere and there is was right in my Bible, and it was to chapter 6. I printed your prayer words and will be saying them more to God. Thanks. So glad I met you through your blog. You guys are such a blessing each week that visit here.
