Pictorial Tuesday with Link Up 7 24 18

This week I made a graphic showcasing my Tess. She was a kitten that showed up at our campsite, stayed the week-end, very hungry (we all took turns sharing food with her), and she was still there when we left on Sunday. I couldn't get her out of my mind so I headed back over to the lake a few days later to see if she was still there. At first, there was disappointment because I didn't see her, and then she came running meowing. I took her home. We only had Tess about four years when her story turns sad. She was too young to have heart failure the vet said when I took her to the Vet on a Wednesday, but she was very sick and died a few days later.

Tess loved to play hide and seek. Can you find her hiding among my flowers? Sometimes at first, I wouldn't notice her at all. These furbabies sure do tear at the heart sometimes. Tess has been gone almost 10 years now, but she is missed always.

If you'd like to have the graphic frame I made, here is one below without my watermark. Just right click and save. Hope you enjoy.

Time to link up and share your photography, graphic art, or a photo turned into art. Thanks for sharing.

  2. Lovely frame for your sweet kitty! Sad, that she's gone so fast. To us came a homeless too, was two or htree years old with sick kidneys. Vet says, he is to young for that... but I think, somehow gave him poison in his street time.We cannot know, what happened with such cats...
He is still here for over 7 years now, but needs regularly medicine. Seems, it helps.
    Have a good week

  4. We never do forget our favorite pets do we? I still remember by very first little kitty. Her name was Buffy, she was a calico, and I loved her more than anything when I was a little girl.
