Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 4 30 19 ~ Bye April

Cleaning up:

Someone bought the land next to us that the other owners had turned basically into a dumping site. Since we really aren't zoned out here, took a while to get them to stop and finally they lost the land to Sheriff sale. Was so glad to see this owner who has leveled the land, and totally redone the building and lot is looking good so far. He has a construction business and will basically just put his equipment there, and in and out to job sites. Very nice people.

Also, the last photo is a robin who had made her nest in the bit of bushes or tiny tree. I didn't see her when I was taking photos of the burning pile until later. The eye of the camera sees things. :)

Time for sharing your photography this last Tuesday of April 2019. Share your photos, photos turned into art, or digital graphics. Thanks, and try to visit others and say hello.

Sunday Scripture Blessings Link Up 4 28 19

The LORD hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee: Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; Remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifice; Selah. Grant thee according to thine own heart, and fulfil all thy counsel. We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners: the LORD fulfil all thy petitions. Now know I that the LORD saveth his anointed; he will hear him from his holy heaven and with the saving strength of his right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses, but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. Save, LORD: let the king hear us when we call. Psalm 20:1-9

Jacob is one of my favorite people in the Bible. A bit disappointed when first reading of how he and his mom misled the dad into giving Jacob the birthright away from Esau, but seems, as things go with God, things worked out the way they were suppose to. Jacob and Esau made amends eventually. The story of love of Jacob for Rachel would be-still any woman's heart. He worked for years for the right to marry her. Then there's the story of his mean sons to the favorite son, Joseph. But all and all, Jacob went to his death with things in their right place. Joseph was restored to him, and the brothers knew the shame of their actions. He was able to bless his sons; the twelve tribes of Israel.

Who is one or some of your favorites from the Bible?

Thanks for visiting and sharing a scripture blessing this Sunday (the Last Sunday in April for 2019). The month has flown, never to be known again. Onward to May. :)

Link up is below: And I have a question. Are you finding that with the new InLinkz that the links load very slowly? They do for me, but just might be my Internet. If it does for enough of you, I may try another linkup besides InLinkz. Thanks.

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 4 23 19

Well the Dandelions are arriving, but Spring keeps just teasing and peeking in and then out again. We did have one day 80 degrees, and then the next was back in the 40's and cold at night. Then rain, rain, rain. However, the flowers are persevering and peeking through and coming up. My little blue ones that I planted about 40 years ago (and I confess I am no green thumb and have never tended them) are back. For years, the Mr. would not know they were sprouting and cut them down. I did a couple years ago move some to safer places. :) The Daffodil, I think I've mentioned it couple times before, is one daughter gave me three years ago as potted plant. I planted outside, and this is first year there was a bloom. So pretty.

Below is my fur-baby, Razzy, who did get to enjoy a balmy day outside. He loves the outdoors. The wind was so full though, you can tell by the photo that he had trouble opening his eyes. We didn't stay out too long, but got a game of ball in and some running exercise for him.

Happy Tuesday and hope everyone had a nice Easter. Now time to get to some sharing. Link up is ready below:

Sunday Scripture Blessings Link Up 4 21 19 Easter Sunday

For [the Servant of God] grew up before Him like a tender plant, and like a root out of dry ground; He has no form or comeliness [royal, kingly pomp], that we should look at Him, and no beauty that we should desire Him.

He was despised and rejected and forsaken by men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and acquainted with grief and sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any esteem for Him.

Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy].

But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

All we like sheep have gone astray, we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord has made to light upon Him the guilt and iniquity of us all.

He was oppressed, [yet when] He was afflicted, He was submissive and opened not His mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He opened not His mouth.

By oppression and judgment He was taken away; and as for His generation, who among them considered that He was cut off out of the land of the living [stricken to His death] for the transgression of my [Isaiah’s] people, to whom the stroke was due?

And they assigned Him a grave with the wicked, and with a rich man in His death, although He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth.

10 Yet it was the will of the Lord to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief and made Him sick. When You and He make His life an offering for sin [and He has risen from the dead, in time to come], He shall see His [spiritual] offspring, He shall prolong His days, and the will and pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.

11 He shall see [the fruit] of the travail of His soul and be satisfied; by His knowledge of Himself [which He possesses and imparts to others] shall My [uncompromisingly] righteous One, My Servant, justify many and make many righteous (upright and in right standing with God), for He shall bear their iniquities and their guilt [with the consequences, says the Lord].

12 Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great [kings and rulers], and He shall divide the spoil with the mighty, because He poured out His life unto death, and [He let Himself] be regarded as a criminal and be numbered with the transgressors; yet He bore [and took away] the sin of many and made intercession for the transgressors (the rebellious).

Isaiah 53:2-12 taken from the Amplified Bible, Classic Edition

I can only imagine that it was a beautiful sunrise from God when the tomb was discovered empty.

Praise Jesus for his healing blood shed on the cross for all who wish to experience his love.

Happy Easter.

Had a bit of a good surprise. My daughter gave me a pot of Daffodils couple years ago so I planted them outside when it was time. The next year, I saw the green leafs and thought, yay, they're going to bloom. No blooms. This year, however, there is a beautiful yellow bloom. I am no gardener so I don't really do the soil as I should, but I was thrilled to see this beautiful yellow a couple days ago.

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 4 16 19 Potpouri of My Photos

At this point in Spring, I even miss the weeds. No flowers sprouting yet, except I am excited because I think the flower my daughter got me for Mother's Day couple years ago that I planted outside looks to have a bud coming. If so, yay! It made it. It was one in a pot that the stores sell for Mother's Day, I think it is a Crocus?? not sure, but a yellow flower that said after it died, you could plant outside. So I did! Yay Me!! haha

Below are some cloud photos from my collection that I took when we were out on the water some years back. I apologize if I've shared them prior...not sure.

Sunday Scripture Blessings 414 2019 Palm Sunday

Rejoice greatly, O Daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O Daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King comes to you; He is [uncompromisingly] just and having salvation [triumphant and victorious], patient, meek, lowly, and riding on a donkey, upon a colt, the foal of a donkey. Zechariah 9:9 AMPC

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 4 9 2019 Spring

Spring...
the earth is warming when the sun shows it's full face.
It warms the soul, when winter it replaces
Doors and windows spring open, people emerge
to the morning sounds of the bird's songs
for a walk in the gentle breeze that announces
The earth is warming, enjoy the day
for Spring Has Arrived... - pb

Made a happy, cheerful, flowery digital graphic for this week's Pictorial Tuesday with an attempt at a poem to accompany. lol

Now your turn: Pictorial Tuesday is for sharing your photography, photo art, or digital graphics. Thank you.

Sunday Scripture Blessings 4 7 19 Psalm 18:46

As I have started reading again through the Bible, I am in Genesis, and currently the story of Joseph whose brothers sold him because of jealousy. I am to the part where God has blessed Joseph and brought him out of his dire situation, and he has reunited with and forgiven his brothers. Joseph is a good example of forgiveness.

In the New Testament, I am in Matthew 13.
13:15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, should be converted, and I should heal them.
