1 Corinthians 15 is talking about Resurrection.
Then cometh the end when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to GOD, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law, But thanks be to GOD, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. KJV

ReplyDeleteThis is the season in which I begin listening to Handel's Messiah, so this verse brings that phrase "the sting of death is sin" to mind with a melody and an orchestra behind it!
