Sunday Scripture Blessings Link Up 5 31 2020

Such a heavy heart this week for some of America's peoples this week. People pushed beyond, beyond is the only thing I keep thinking. It is more evident that we need healing. Praying hard for our Nation.

Reading in Luke, Chapter 6 has a lot of good words from Jesus. He chooses his disciples, talks on Love, Judging others, Mercies, how well we build our Foundation, and The Beatitudes.

And certain of the Pharisees said unto them, Why do ye that which is not lawful to do on the sabbath days.? (Jesus' diciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat)

And Jesus answering them said, Have ye not read so much as this, what David did, when himself was an hungred, and they which were with him; How he went into the house of God, and did take and eat the shewbread and gave also to them that were with him; which is not lawful to eat but for the priests alone?

And he said unto them, That the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

To heal on the sabbath or to kill, which is better? He healed and the Scribes and Pharisees were mad because unlawful to heal on a sabbath. JESUS HEALS NO MATTER WHAT!

'Be Merciful to People'  Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Luke 6 Jesus also told the disciples the Beatitudes

If I may, I have a prayer request for my daughter who is facing some trying times emotionally. God knows her needs so please just pray for his guidance to her and blessings for a good answer to her prayers. Thank you.

f you were to destroy in mankind the belief in immortality, not only love but every living force maintaining the life of the world would at once be dried up. - DOSTOEVSKY

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 5 26 2020

A Little (c)Cricut work on a planter I meant to do last year 'Summer Blooms' for the porch, some new annuals, A lazy Razzy after a busy day, and some clouds. With shutdown, social distancing, and now we are opening up, I still haven't ventured too far out. But, did make it to a nursery. Finally, we are in warm weather, and it is great to be able just to be outside, cleaning yard a bit, and putting Summer things back out. For now, I'm happy to not even have an air conditioner on. I'll swelter a bit because so tired of being shut inside with dreary, chilly weather.

Happy Tuesday and thanks for all who shared last week, loved seeing the photogrpahy, and hope you'll link up again this week. Have a great Tuesday and week ahead.

Pictorial Tuesday Link Up 5 19 2020

Today, I'm sharing a couple videos as well as photography. This little fellow or gal was sitting on my porch railing when I looked out the window. Had to grab a video.

My son's family has a mini farm with chickens, goats, rabbits, and donkey so far. I visited (safe distancing) so I got some pictures. The chickens are very friendly, and the donkey, lets just say you don't want to be behind her when she decides to jump and kick.

Her name is Henrietta and she loves to be held and petted

Miss Tina

Hope all is having a good week. Look forward to your sharing of your photography. Have a wonderful week.

Sunday Scripture Blessings Link Up 5 17 2020

In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day
GENESIS

Among His firsts was to create our day. Each day can be a beautiful new beginning to awake fresh and renewed. No matter what the day, God's promises are with us throughout. Leaning on God each day for understanding, renewal, and guidance no matter what the day brings is a great way to enjoy the day.

Who doesn't love watching the sunrise. I know that I do. I've read that some people have a tradition on New Year's morning of getting up early to watch the sunrise for not only a new refreshing day, but for a new refreshing year. Had never thought of that, but what a great way that would be to watch God's world come alive, and say prayers for the New Year. And there's always something special about a Sunrise service.

Thank you Father for each new daily Sunrise, and for this Sunday you called a day of rest. I pray for all to have rest; especially in these virus ridden, trying times. I pray for all to have the peace which passes all understanding that you give. In Jesus' name. AMEN

Scribbling from the Archives:

Campfires have always been a norm in our lives; whether camping or at home.

Milkweed: The seeds usually are in this, but none in this picture.

Just a weed. 😀

Enjoyed seeing all the beautiful photography that linked up last week. Thank you for sharing. This week's link up is open below.

Proverbs 31:26-27 Amplified Bible (AMP)

26
She opens her mouth in [skillful and godly] wisdom,
And the teaching of kindness is on her tongue [giving counsel and instruction].
27
She looks well to how things go in her household,
And does not eat the bread of idleness.

Happy Sunday. Thank you to all who visited last week and visits today. Have a blessed day.

Hope all the moms have a great day. Sadly, with social distancing, I won't be seeing mine, but we did have a social distancing visit on my birthday. I set up the garage and chairs so we could be apart, and we wore our masks. It was nice.
